Oh for **'s sake. This is my Luck, isn't it? What can I even do against this **er? I am just going to get slaughtered. I need to buy time. To somehow… run away until my brother comes back.

"Han Soo, D Rank Hunter," I said with a cold tone of voice.

"Oh?" Han suddenly stopped walking towards me, glancing at my eyes with his snake-like pupils. "You know my name, little girl? How odd! I thought you were supposed to be in a coma until just some hours ago?"

"I know more than you think," I said with a smile, faking confidence.

"Tch… It is weird, yeah. But it's not like I care if you know or not… I want to see your blood and guts, and that's what I'm gonna get! The boss said I could go wild! So I will!!!" Han laughed, leaping towards me.

"I know of Uroboros, and that you're a Demonic Human," I said with a smile.

"Eh?!" Han suddenly stopped midway through. His face was filled with disbelief. "How a brat like you know that?!"

"I've made a contract with Uroboros while I was in a coma," I said with a malicious smile.

"You… what?! No, there's no way Uroboros would pick a stupid brat like you! You're lying, right?! I don't know how you knew about Uroboros, but I don't care. I'll just kill you right now-"

SPLASH!

Suddenly, I secreted venom from my hands, the corrosive acid started spreading around the room, emanating a terrible smell.

"Venom?!"

"The special ability all Demonic Humans that worship Uroboros have, right? I can create it too! See? I am not lying."

"W-Wait… This is…"

Han was too stupid. He fell for it too easily. He was also incredibly brainless and written by the Author as a secondary punching bag nobody cared for, which everyone forgets later on anyway, another mob of the many there is needed to make these power fantasy stories, where new enemies appear every chapter to offer some sort of fight to entertain a battle-loving audience. Looking at his face, it was clear he was having a hard time thinking about anything at all. He had the mentality of a psycho, but when it came to the demon he worshipped, he became oddly serious.

"I was chosen by Uroboros as his apostle because I am Jack's sister. Can't you tell? It is so I can backstab him and make him suffer even more!" I laughed. "I am honestly tired of him, he's the reason our family died… I don't care. I'll help you guys kill him!"

"That's…" Han was still thinking, which gave me plenty of time.

However, if you're ever found out, the anger of your foes will be increased even more. The convincing ability of your words increases with your Charm Stat. Additionally, you can easily tell when someone else is lying to you.

Level Bonus (1): Your lies become 10% more convincing.

100 PP and a new Skill, nice. Couldn't have expected less from the mother**er that probably had the idea of changing the plot to something utterly chaotic. All of this was nice but… I still have -10k Luck. Even if it works for a bit, it will always go down to a fight, I can predict it. Nonetheless, this time won't be wasted.

What in the world?! I was expecting some trash, but these items are insane.

"Huh, no… This doesn't make sense! I've been trying to ask Uroboros, but he says he doesn't know about you…" Han said, his eyes squinting. "You're a **ing liar, bitch!"

Han found out, naturally. As much of an idiot as he was, finding out that I was lying was as easy as asking the demon himself.

FLASH!

His aura began growing larger, and larger, and larger… it began to encompass the entire surroundings, filling everything with red.

"I **ing hate liars… More than anything…" He muttered. "You're a smart little bitch, but in the end, you're going to be food for the snakes!!!"

His Aura boosted his entire body's power, as he leaped towards me with even more fury and rage than before, in fact, he was completely pissed and wasn't laughing at all!

BOOOMMM!!

His attack reached the area where I was, blowing away everything, the ground shattered, and the cave trembled. Yet I wasn't there, only a gust of emerald winds was left behind, Han quickly noticed I had moved at a speed he was unable to see, and with a level of stealth he couldn't detect either. I was over twenty meters away from him, yet his snake-like eyes quickly detected me.

"What?! How did you move at such a speed?!" He roared.

"Do you think I'm dumb enough to tell you, **head?" I asked with a smirk.

The entire cave was filled with the venom I was secreting, which was a slow toxin that affected the lungs of anybody who breathed the gases the venom exuded naturally… I protected myself by wrapping some clothes around my face.

"How come… venom affects me?!" Han muttered.

"Well, you've fallen right into my little game," I said, taking a scythe and a dagger out of my inventory.
